It's the new year and the Sentinels ready and waiting to Update 6, which should give them an overhaul. Everyone hopes that it will make its pedigree to a class hit hard at the exit of Isengard.

There are some major changes ahead for the Sentinel. These changes are made to improve the role of the Sentinel. “Great, Orion will another class!” Uh … I hope this is not the feeling of the people when they turn the Sentinel reviewed. In fact, what I hope is that you said “The soul of the class is intact, but we have more choices in styles of play.”
What does this mean? The purpose of this update is to give the sentry and viable three distinct roles:
* A primary role of tank
* A secondary role of melee DPS
* A secondary role of ranged DPS
Change positions
The positions will play a big role to direct the Sentinels to their style (tank, melee DPS or remote), the names will change to two of them and stay the same for the third.
Rescue (Salvation) replaces Conservation and aims to improve the things that keep the Sentinel alive during combat. Assault (Assailment) replaces Determination and will aim to give the Sentinel traps all it needs to be a good ranged DPS. Finally, the DPS will focus on that Imprudence body to body.
Rescue – Tank
It is currently the primary role of the Sentinel and it will remain so in the future. The problems have been discussed here (note: on the official forum) to and fro through and rehash the details would be somewhat useless. Instead, identify the changes made to correct these problems:
Combat readiness (Battle Preparation)
This new skill will be obtained fairly quickly. It will allow the sentry to build a chain out of combat and keep aside for 30 seconds. This should get some defenses early in the fight.
Ton Challenge
This feature will unlock more of a legendary series. Instead, a skill used appear every 5 to 10 minutes (to be defined), which will affect up to 10 targets and force them to attack the Sentinel for 5 to 6 seconds, reducing damage taken by 40% and giving all Sentinel targets hitting the effect of retaliation for 30s.
Basic skills
Partial mitigation implementation with Update 5 and will gain even 20% efficiency (Note: this is humor – it will increase from 5% to 6%). It will improve over time and will no longer display an icon instead of three (note: 5?) Current.
Sequences
This change is more generic, and the chains draw their advantages and disadvantages of the position where you are. This means that the sequences to give Rescue Fist of the threat, avoidance, etc..
